Ingredients

  • 1 liter lime juice
  • 0.5 liter ½ lemon juice
  • 0.4 liter sugar syrup, white (Monin)
  • 0.1 liter basil syrup (Monin)

Instructions

  1. This is a recipe for a lemonade syrup that we use in our restaurant. Sufficient for approx. 80 glasses of lemonade.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and fill into bottles.
  3. Mixing ratio:
  4. I take 5 cl of the mixed syrup in 0.5 l of soda water - then it is not too sweet. Serve with lots of ice and garnished with fresh basil and lime wedges. Super refreshing!
  5. The syrup lasts for several weeks.
