A good chop for lunch is tasty, satisfying and simple. Best of all, of course, meat is cooked by men, but I would venture to suggest my favorite recipe.
Cook: 20 mins
Servings: 4
Ingredients
Pork (loin on the bone) – 400 g
Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
Bread crumbs – 70 g
Flour – 30 g
Vegetable oil – 60 g
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
The pork chop products are in front of you.
Wash the meat, dry it, cut it into portions by bone.
Beat the meat with a kitchen hammer, but not too thinly. Season with salt and pepper.
Dip the meat in flour first.
Then in a beaten egg.
And then in breadcrumbs.
Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Place the chop in hot oil. Fry pork chops over medium heat, until golden brown, about 1 minute.
Then turn over and sauté the pork chops on the other side for 1 minute.
The pork chop on the bone is ready. Serve the chop warm with vegetables or your favorite side dish.
