Ingredients

  • 1 pack chips (taco - flavor can be freely selected)
  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 sachet ready-mix for Chili Con Carne (or season yourself, depending on how fast it has to go)
  • 1 large can corn
  • 1 large can (s) tomato (s), passed
  • 250 g cheese (rated Emmentaler)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Lemon juice
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken breast fillets, sprinkle with pepper and paprika, fry, then add the canned tomatoes. Salt! Then stir in the Chili Con Carne and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and chili. Drain the corn and add.
  2. Cover the bottom of a greased casserole dish with crumbled taco chips, pour the chicken tomato sauce over it. Place the remaining taco chips in the casserole with one corner and then sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 200 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
