Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 100 g bacon, streaky and smoked
  • 250 g chanterelles, fresh
  • 400 g ribbon pasta, white
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 375 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the onions. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Clean the chanterelles.
  2. Heat the oil. Leave the bacon in it and sauté the onions. Add the mushrooms and sauté. Deglaze with broth and bring to the boil. Stir in the crème fraîche. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. In the meantime, cook the ribbon noodles according to the instructions on the packet and let them drain. Serve with the sauce.
