Ingredients

  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, grained
  • 1 teaspoon chives, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions.
  2. For the sauce, peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the cooked ham into fine strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Fry the onions and mushrooms in the margarine. Add the cooked ham. Deglaze with the cream and stir in the mascarpone.
  3. Bring the sauce to the boil and season with lemon juice, salt, vegetable stock, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the pasta and you`re done!
