Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (durum wheat e pasta)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 300 g spinach leaves, (cream), frozen
  • 150 g salmon, cooked and smoked
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 1 cube parsley - garlic
  • 1 dash milk, fresh (as required)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • Nutmeg, ground

Instructions

  1. First cut the onions into small cubes, then fry them in a little olive oil until translucent; Add the grated zucchini and stir. Fry for about 5 minutes while stirring. Cook the pasta on the side. Add the defrosted spinach and wait until it is fully defrosted; then stir everything together nicely. Stir in the parsley and garlic cubes (or parsley and a little garlic). Add milk and sour cream and stir in.
  2. Cut the salmon (cooked AND smoked is very expensive, so ONLY smoked salmon) into small pieces and stir into the sauce. Then season to taste (some white wine?). Do not cook the dish for too long, otherwise the fish will spoil! Good Appetite!
