Ingredients

  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 150 g beef fillet (s)
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 100 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • salt
  • Pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the broccoli and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and thinly slice the mushrooms. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Cut the meat into thin long strips.
  2. Add salted water for the pasta and as soon as it boils, cook the ribbon pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a little olive oil in a pan, fry the garlic and onion a little, add the broccoli and fry. Add the beef fillet to the pan and fry lightly on all sides, adding a little oil if necessary.
  4. Now add the mushrooms and a little later the vegetable stock and the soy sauce. Let the pan simmer for a few more minutes on a low heat.
  5. As soon as the pasta is cooked firm to the bite, pour off the cooking water, drain the pasta and then distribute it on the plates.
  6. Season the pan with salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix with the pasta.
