- 250 g ribbon noodles
- 150 g beef fillet (s)
- 250 g broccoli
- 100 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Oil (olive oil)
- salt
- Pepper, black

- Clean and wash the broccoli and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and thinly slice the mushrooms. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Cut the meat into thin long strips.
- Add salted water for the pasta and as soon as it boils, cook the ribbon pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Meanwhile, heat a little olive oil in a pan, fry the garlic and onion a little, add the broccoli and fry. Add the beef fillet to the pan and fry lightly on all sides, adding a little oil if necessary.
- Now add the mushrooms and a little later the vegetable stock and the soy sauce. Let the pan simmer for a few more minutes on a low heat.
- As soon as the pasta is cooked firm to the bite, pour off the cooking water, drain the pasta and then distribute it on the plates.
- Season the pan with salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix with the pasta.
