Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta, ribbon pasta
  • 500 g mushrooms, brown
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 150 g ham, cooked, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • olive oil

For the vinaigrette:

  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 5 fresh sage leaves
  • 6 tablespoon vinegar, balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar, fruit vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, Dijon mustard
  • 10 tablespoon oil
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Clean and quarter the mushrooms, cut the ham into strips. Dice the onion and garlic. Wash and core the tomatoes, finely chop the sage.
  2. For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar with sugar, salt, mustard and sage. Mix with the olive oil, add diced tomatoes.
  3. Let the onion take on color in a little olive oil, add the garlic, add the mushrooms and fry, finally add the ham strips.
  4. Cook pasta al dente.
  5. Mix with the mushrooms and the vinaigrette, sprinkle with the parmesan and serve immediately.
