Ingredients
- 400 g pasta, ribbon pasta
- 500 g mushrooms, brown
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 150 g ham, cooked, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- olive oil
For the vinaigrette:
- 4 tomato (s)
- 5 fresh sage leaves
- 6 tablespoon vinegar, balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoon vinegar, fruit vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt
- 2 teaspoons mustard, Dijon mustard
- 10 tablespoon oil
- Parmesan

- Clean and quarter the mushrooms, cut the ham into strips. Dice the onion and garlic. Wash and core the tomatoes, finely chop the sage.
- For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar with sugar, salt, mustard and sage. Mix with the olive oil, add diced tomatoes.
- Let the onion take on color in a little olive oil, add the garlic, add the mushrooms and fry, finally add the ham strips.
- Cook pasta al dente.
- Mix with the mushrooms and the vinaigrette, sprinkle with the parmesan and serve immediately.
