Ingredients

  • 75 g ribbon noodles
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 125 ml vegetable stock (instant)
  • 25 g processed cheese (20% fat)
  • 2 teaspoons sauce thickener, light
  • 20 g ham, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes. Wash and dice the zucchini. Peel and chop the onion. Cook the vegetables in the boiling broth for about 3 minutes. Melt the cheese in the broth, stir in the sauce thickener, briefly bring to the boil. Cut the ham into small pieces and fold in. Season and serve with pasta.
