Ingredients

  • 750 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoon mustard, coarse-grained
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Tagliatelle as required

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into cubes.
  2. Heat the butter and oil in a pan and fry the meat in it. Salt, pepper and remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Add the mustard to the frying fat and deglaze with wine. Stir in the cream and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add the meat again and heat it up.
  4. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet and serve with the meat.
