Ingredients

  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Wine, white
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 100 g prawns, pre-cooked
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt

Instructions

  1. Put on the pasta water, in the meantime dice the onion. Put the pasta in the boiling water.
  2. 5 minutes before the noodles are ready to start with the sauce: heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion pieces in it until translucent, squeeze the garlic cloves and sauté them briefly. Deglaze with a sip of white wine. Stir sour cream and cream into the pan, heat up. Add the tomato paste. The sauce will now be nice and salmon-colored. Let it simmer so that you get a creamy sauce. Salt, pepper. Turn the heat down, the sauce must no longer boil. Stir in the yogurt, add the shrimps to the sauce, only heat them up briefly, otherwise they will become hard. Now the pasta should be ready too. Drain and arrange pasta with sauce on plates. Finished!
