Ingredients

  • 250 g taliatelle, cooked
  • 30 g butter
  • 500 g shrimp (s), peeled
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 onion (s), red, diced
  • 60 g bacon, diced, cooked
  • 400 g spinach leaves, fresh or frozen
  • 330 ml cream
  • 170 g parmesan, rated
  • 15 g parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Let the butter melt in a hot saucepan. Fry the prawns in the butter and let them get colored. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then remove the prawns from the pot using tongs and set aside.
  2. Briefly sweat the garlic and onions in the same butter. Immediately afterwards add the bacon. As soon as everything has turned color, add the spinach to the pot as well. Then add the cream and let everything simmer briefly.
  3. In the meantime, cook the tagliatelle in a saucepan with salted water. Add the strained noodles to the sauce in the saucepan. Mix everything together well. Now also add the parmesan, parsley and prawns and mix everything together again.
