Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (Taliatelle, or Linuini v. Barilla)
  • 300 g salmon fillet (s), (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ butter
  • 1 splash white wine
  • 1 cup sour cream, low in fat
  • Pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • some broth
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water with a little oil and salt al dente.
  2. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a saucepan or deep pan with a little butter until translucent.
  3. Pepper and salt the salmon, cut into pieces and cook at low temperature. When the salmon is almost done, lightly mash it with a fork. Deglaze with the wine. Add the cream, season with the broth and tomato paste and reduce until the sauce is nice and creamy.
  4. Add the pasta to the sauce, mix and serve immediately.
