Ingredients

  • 500 g cod fillet (s)
  • 1 bunch wild garlic
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • salt
  • Pepper, black
  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 200 g cream, (cookin cream)
  • chili

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish into cubes and chop the wild garlic. Make a marinade from 5 tablespoons of oil, 100ml of stock, wild garlic and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Marinate the cod cubes in it for about 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the pasta. Fry the fish in the remaining oil in a non-stick pan for approx. 3 minutes, remove and keep warm.
  4. Dust the remaining stock with flour, deglaze with the remaining stock and marinade and allow to reduce a little.
  5. Refine with cooking cream and season with salt, pepper and chilli to taste. Serve the noodles with the wild garlic and cod sauce.
