Ingredients
- 2 bunches wild garlic, fresh (approx. 00 g)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 2 medium tomato (s)
- salt
- pepper
- some sugar
- 500 g ribbon noodles
- 100 g parmesan, rated

- Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet to be firm to the bite.
- Clean the wild garlic and cut into fine strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic and lightly roast in heated olive oil. Add wild garlic. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Then puree with a blender. Now add the crème fraiche and spices. Then bring to the boil again. Finally add the diced tomatoes.
- Mix with the boiled ribbon noodles and serve sprinkled with parmesan.
