Ingredients

  • 2 bunches wild garlic, fresh (approx. 00 g)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 medium tomato (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • some sugar
  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 100 g parmesan, rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet to be firm to the bite.
  2. Clean the wild garlic and cut into fine strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic and lightly roast in heated olive oil. Add wild garlic. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Then puree with a blender. Now add the crème fraiche and spices. Then bring to the boil again. Finally add the diced tomatoes.
  3. Mix with the boiled ribbon noodles and serve sprinkled with parmesan.
