Ingredients

  • 1 glass sesame paste, (tahini), about 80g
  • 30 ml syrup, (grape syrup or carob syrup)
  • 1 glass coconut fat, (native)

Instructions

  1. Put the tahini and the grape or carob syrup in a bowl and stir it until it becomes a smooth, spreadable mixture.
  2. You can of course play with the measurements, depending on how cute you like it.
  3. Then take a slice of bread / roll and coat it with a thin layer of coconut oil, then spread the mixed spread over it if you like. It`s a calorie bomb, but fresh and sweet in taste and not entirely unhealthy due to the valuable oils and fats.
  4. I recommend a glass of Turkish black tea with it.
