Ingredients

  • 200 g flour, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 150 g powdered suar, sifted
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 pinch (s) orange (s) - peel, grated
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 125 ml oil
  • 200 ml sparkling mineral water
  • 1 small can mandarine (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients briefly with a mixing spoon or fork until you have a uniform mixture. Put the dough in muffin paper cases or a greased muffin tin for 12 pieces, cover with the mandarins and bake at 180 degrees (preheated) for about 20-25 minutes.
  2. Tip: Instead of the water you can also use Fanta Orange (or another one), but then reduce the sugar to about half, otherwise it will be too sweet.
