Ingredients

  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 250 ml Cremefine Vanilla or
  • sweet cream
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • brittle (hazelnut brittle)

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, cream cheese and sugar together. Whip the Cremefine Vanilla (or sweet cream) until stiff and fold into the cream. Drain the tangerines and fold them into the cream as well, save a few tangerines for decoration.
  2. Pour the cream into glasses and chill for an hour. Garnish with the remaining mandarins and the hazelnut brittle just before serving.
