Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Drain the mandarins while collecting the juice.
  2. Mix the low-fat quark with sugar, 6 tablespoon mandarin juice and lemon juice until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Cut the mandarin wedges smaller and fold in as well.
  3. Fill into dessert bowls and decorate as desired.
  4. Instead of the mandarins you can use any other fruit.
