Ingredients

  • 1 can tangerine (s) (filling quantity 32 g)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoon syrup (agave syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 5 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt

Instructions

  1. Puree the mandarins and strain them through a fine sieve. Bring the collected liquid with cinnamon and agave syrup to the boil.
  2. Mix the cornstarch with the water and add to the hot liquid, bring to the boil again. Stir in the yogurt.
  3. We like to eat it with vanilla pudding.
