Ingredients

  • 60 g rice
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ large carrot (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) Sambal Oelek
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce, (sweet chili chicken sauce)
  • Spice mixture, (Chinese spice)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, cut the onion into small cubes and fry in the oil. Cut the pepper into strips and add to them. Slice the zucchini and carrots in small sticks (zucchini 5 mm; carrots 3 mm). Keep frying everything.
  3. Mix the egg with sambal oelek, soy sauce, Chinese spice and sweet chili chicken sauce and season with a little salt. Put the cooked rice under the vegetables, add the seasoned egg and fry everything briefly and season to taste.
