  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 24 large shrimp (s)
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse, pat dry and roughly chop parsley. Cut off the stalks of the chilli peppers and scrape out the seeds from below. Rinse and drain the pods and cut into thin rings. Peel the prawns, leaving the tail pieces on.
  2. Peel the garlic, cut into sticks and stew in oil over a moderate heat for about three minutes. Then fish the garlic out of the oil and bathe the prawns in it for a short time. Remove from the oil, mix with parsley and chili rings. Let the oil cool and then drizzle over the prawns.
