Ingredients

  • 1 glass tomato (s), dried in oil (drain) or without oil
  • 5 olives, black without a core
  • Garlic, as much fresh as you want
  • 1 lemon (s), grated zest
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil, (extra virgin)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a container and mix with the mixer to a paste. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Do not take the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes. It is better to add good olive oil (extra virgin) (approx. 5 - 7 tablespoons) before mixing.
