Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 6 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoon tapioca flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 20 g bakin powder
  • 30 g whole milk

For the filling:

  • 2 m. Shiitake mushrooms, dried
  • 40 g carrot (s), rated
  • 80 g broccoli florets, fresh
  • 3 hot peppers, red or red peppers
  • 1 medium onion (s), brown
  • 3 large garlic clove (s)
  • 2 small chilli pepper (s), green
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth, instant
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch mace powder or nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour

Moreover:

Instructions

  1. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Cut the ingredients for the filling, which will be made first, to the size of a hazelnut.
  2. Pour hot water over the shiitake mushrooms and let them soften in about 30 minutes. Squeeze out the water, crush the hats, discard the tough stems.
  3. Grate the carrot, core the chillies and cut across into fine rings. Divide the peppers lengthways, core them and cut across into pieces approx. 1 cm long. Roast the onion pieces in the cooking oil until light brown.
  4. Mix all the chopped up ingredients from the mushrooms to the chillies well, season, don`t forget the sugar, season to taste and dust with the wheat flour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C (top / bottom heat). Moisten the springform pan and line it with baking paper. Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and turmeric powder well. Beat the eggs and mix with the flour until homogeneous, then carefully fold in the filling. Don`t stir for long!
  6. Pour into the springform pan and smooth out. Put the pan in the oven on the middle rack. Bake ready in about 30 minutes. The tart tastes best warm.
  7. Note: Pandang restaurants do not have a menu. All available dishes are served in portions on a fir-tree-like wooden frame in front of you. You take what you want and only pay for that. For example, three chicken legs in a bowl and you only eat one of them, then you only pay for one. In this sense, a tart is a starter, main course or dessert, whatever you want.
