Ingredients

  • 150 g beef fillet (s), freshly chopped (minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • some pepper, from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon onion (s), very finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, very finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cucumber (s), (pickles), very finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers, very finely chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ garlic, very finely chopped
  • 1 small anchovy fillet (s), very finely chopped
  • 1 pinch mustard, hotter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cognac
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 small egg yolk
  • 2 slices bread, toasted

Instructions

  1. Mix the meat well in a bowl with salt, pepper, oil, cognac, mustard and paprika powder. Then mix in the onions, pickles, parsley, capers, garlic and the anchovy fillet well. At the end, mix in the egg yolk with the cream and knead well, maybe a little more seasoning.
  2. Spread on toasted bread to eat.
