Ingredients

  • 2 cubes yeast
  • 1 kg flour
  • water
  • 4 cups cream
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 400 g bacon, diced
  • 2 small onions
  • 4 apples, (Boskop)
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • cinnamon and sugar

Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough out of the yeast, flour and water. Let rise for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Then put it very thinly on the baking sheet. Should not be exactly the shape of the sheet metal, slightly smaller and the corners round.
  2. Mix the cream with the sour cream and pour onto the dough. Then the diced bacon, onion rings and the ger. Cheese. And season it all (salt, pepper). So cover four sheets. Cut the apples into rings and place them on the other two trays and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. These two trays are then the dessert. Enjoy it, preferably with friends.
