  • 300 grams flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 200 g cheese (Emmentaler or Gouda), rated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small Can (s) cashew nuts

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, yeast and salt with the water.
  2. Clean and wash the leek and spring onion, cut into slices.
  3. Let the dough rest for 3 hours. Then spread on the baking sheet, spread the cream on top and top with the other ingredients.
  4. Bake the tarte flambée at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
