Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 4 tablespoon oil (preferably flavored with garlic)
  • water
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 large onion (s)
  • 150 g ham (Kat ham)
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • Parmesan, freshly grated and
  • Cheese (goat slice cheese)
  • 2 hot peppers, red and green
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • Herbs, Italian (TK)

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from flour, (garlic) oil, water and salt. It can`t be sticky to the touch. Cut the onions into thin slices. Cut the spring onions and peppers into rings.
  2. Mix the créme fraiche and sour cream with the pressed garlic, pepper, salt, rosemary and herbs. Roll out the dough very thinly and brush with the crème fraiche mixture. Spread the onions, ham, spring onions, peppers and cheese on top. Season a little with pepper and salt.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven (hot air) on the highest setting for about 20 minutes until the base is crispy.
