Ingredients

  • 600 grams flour
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 350 g onion (s)
  • 250 g bacon, mixed, smoked
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 250 g Camembert (s) (possibly a little more)
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast and mix with sugar. Put the flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, oil and 300 ml lukewarm water in a bowl. Add the mixed yeast and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  2. Dice onions and bacon, slice camembert. Season the sour cream with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
  3. Halve the dough and knead again. Grease the pan (32 x 39 cm), dust with flour and cover with half of the dough. Spread half of the sour cream on top. Spread half each of the bacon, onion and camembert on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  4. Process and bake the other halves of the dough and ingredients in the same way.
