Ingredients

  • 1 port. Tarte flambée batter, homemade or from the refrigerated shelf
  • 75 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon honey, preferably chili honey
  • 1 handful walnuts, chopped
  • 4 spring onion (s), the white it
  • 3 slices bacon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roll out the tarte flambée dough on baking paper on the baking sheet, brush the back of a knife with crème fraîche.
  2. Roughly chop the walnuts, cut the white parts of the spring onions into rings and the bacon slices into strips. If necessary, liquefy the honey in a water bath or in the microwave and crumble the feta. Spread the spring onions, feta, walnuts and bacon one after the other on the dough, then drizzle the honey over it.
  3. Bake at 225 ° C in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes until the desired brown color is achieved.
  4. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve hot.
