Ingredients

  • 220 g wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sea salt
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 150 g oat cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoon rosemary needles, fresh
  • 3 teaspoons honey (rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the highest setting and cut the spring onions into rings 1/2 cm wide.
  2. Make a kneading dough from flour, oil, water and salt. If necessary, add enough flour until it no longer feels sticky. Halve the dough and roll out into 2 very thin (!) Flat cakes.
  3. Carefully place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with the sour cream and evenly distribute the goat`s cream cheese, spring onions and rosemary needles on top. Bake in the upper third of the oven for about 10 minutes until the base is crispy and lightly browned.
  4. Drizzle the flatbread with honey and serve immediately.
