Ingredients

  • 2 pear (s)
  • 200 ml sour cream 24% fat
  • 3 tablespoon milk .8% fat
  • some salt and pepper
  • 300 g tarte flambée batter, fresh
  • 200 g oat cheese
  • 2 teaspoons honey, liquid

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Wash the pears, remove the core and cut into thin wedges. Mix the sour cream with milk until smooth and season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the dough on the baking sheet and spread the sour cream on top. Spread the pears and onions on top. Cut the goat cheese into small cubes and cover the tarte flambée evenly with it. Also cover the edges generously.
  4. Bake the tarte flambée for 20 minutes, then drizzle with honey and bake for another 5 minutes.
