  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche, 100 g
  • 0.5 ½ cup half cream, sour, 100 g
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Unpack the tarte flambée dough and roll it out thinner, but in such a way that there are no holes in the dough. Place the tarte flambée on the oven shelf with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to approx. 200 ° C circulating air according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Mix the crème fraîche with the single cream and season well with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
  3. Cut the onions into fine rings and separate them so that you have individual rings. Place the walnuts in a freezer bag and use a hammer to make them smaller. Cut the goat cheese into slices. Quarter and core the apple and cut into fine slices 2 - 3 mm wide.
  4. Spread the tarte flambée batter evenly with the cream. Cover with the remaining ingredients and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until crispy.
  5. The tarte flambée can be served warm or cold.
