Ingredients

  • 1 packet tarte flambée batter from the refrigerated shelf
  • 250 g crème fraîche, 30% fat
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 1 sweet potato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoon, heaped wild cranberries from the jar or cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C fan-assisted air.
  2. Put the crème fraîche in a bowl and mix with the juice of half a lemon, the zest of the lemon zest, salt and pepper, then spread evenly over the tarte flambée dough rolled out on a baking sheet.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel the sweet potato and cut into slices approx. 2 mm thick. Mix the onion rings and the sweet potato slices with the oil, honey, pepper and salt in a bowl, then cover the dough with them decoratively. Finally, spread the diced sheep cheese and small dots of wild cranberries on top.
  4. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes and then enjoy with your favorite red wine.
