- Prepare shrimp, avocado and curd cheese tartlets and snacks.
- Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and fry for 1 minute in olive oil. Then remove the garlic.
- Add shrimps to the pan with garlic oil and fry them for 2-3 minutes. Set aside the required amount of shrimp to decorate the tartlets.
- Peel and chop the avocado.
- Squeeze out the juice of half the lime.
- Put the shrimp, avocado, curd cheese and lime juice in a blender bowl.
- Grind until smooth. Try it. If you find that there is little salt, add sea salt and stir. Delicious shrimp, avocado and curd cheese pasta is ready.
- Fill the tartlets with cooked shrimp, avocado and cheese filling, garnish with shrimp and green parsley.
