An easy-to-prepare, very tasty, and cute appetizer – cheese-filled tartlets, decorated with halves of cherry tomatoes and herbs. Filled tartlets are usually served as a cold appetizer, but cheese tartlets can also be served hot if desired.
Ingredients
Sand tartlets – 10-12 pcs.
Hard cheese – 150 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Cherry tomatoes – 5-6 pcs.
Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Fresh greens – for decoration
Directions
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater, put in a deep bowl.
Grate the cooled boiled eggs on a fine grater and add to the cheese.
Season the cheese filling with salt and pepper to taste. Peel the garlic, pass through a press and add to the filling. Season with mayonnaise, stir.
Place the tartlets on a firm, comfortable surface.
Place a spoonful of the cheese and egg filling in each tartlet.
Garnish the cheese-filled tartlets with the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Add a couple of sprigs of fresh dill or parsley.
For fun, I put one tartlet in the microwave for 20 seconds – the cheese melted and the appetizer turned out to be even tastier than cold. And you choose the option that you like best.
