  • Tartlets – 20 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
  • Champignon mushrooms – 250 g
  • Hard cheese – 50-70 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Cream of any fat content (not homemade) – 50 ml
  • Salt – 3 pinches
  • Ground black pepper – 2 pinches
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml
  • Fresh greens – for decoration

  1. Rinse the mushrooms, also rinse the chicken fillet, cut the films from it, peel the onions and rinse.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet and onion into small cubes. Mushrooms – in medium cubes, as they will greatly decrease in size.
  3. Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil on the stovetop. Pour all the cuts and salt into it, mix and fry everything for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Pour in cream of any fat content and simmer the dish for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
  5. At this time, grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
  6. Spoon the prepared hot filling into each tartlet with a teaspoon. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

  7. Place the grated cheese in the tartlets and immediately place them in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
