Tartlets with Mushrooms and Cheese Ingredients

  • Champignons – 500 g
  • Cheese – 100 g
  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 1-2 tbsp
  • Olives – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml
  • Purchased tartlets (the quantity depends on the size of the finished tartlets)

Tartlets with Mushrooms and Cheese Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, wash, cut into cubes.
  2. Peel and wash the mushrooms. Cut into slices.
  3. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put the onion in hot oil. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes (until golden brown).
  4. Layout the mushrooms. Simmer everything together, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix. Refrigerate.
  5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  6. Peel the garlic crushed it in a garlic bowl.
  7. Mix cheese with garlic and mayonnaise.
  8. Place a spoonful of the prepared cheese filling in each tartlet.
  9. Put prepared mushrooms on top.
  10. Decorate with olive oil. Tartlets with mushrooms and cheese are ready. You can serve.
