Tasty and Healthy Zucchini Pasta

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 2 Pieces
  • Pasta – 350 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 2-4 Cloves
  • Cheese – 100 Grams
  • Basil – 10 Grams
  • Cream – 100 Milliliters
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. First you need to prepare vegetables. Wash the zucchini, dry and cut into thin cubes (you can use cubes). Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan and send the onion and garlic there first. Fry until golden brown and then add the courgettes. Stir well and fry over medium heat.
  3. Meanwhile, it is necessary to send pasta to boiling and lightly salted water. Discard the finished pasta in a colander and dry slightly. Sprinkle olive oil on top if desired.
  4. Vegetables in a frying pan should be seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add dried herbs if desired. Wash the basil and chop a little. Send to the pan, mix thoroughly. Now you can add pasta to the zucchini. Then add a little cream, keep on fire for about 3-5 minutes and the dish is almost ready.
  5. Before serving, be sure to sprinkle pasta with zucchini at home with grated cheese.
