Ingredients

  • 3 potato (s)
  • 50 g cheese, rated, e.., mozzarella, Emmentaler, or the like.
  • 50 g bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon spring onion (s), chopped
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream or quark, as appropriate
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice / cut the potatoes into 3 mm thick slices. Do not overlap the slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the potato slices thinly with olive oil and lightly season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  2. Then push half of the potato slices together, spread the finely chopped bacon on top, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and place the other half of the roasted potato slices on top.
  3. Then put the potatoes back in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
  4. To serve, add a few dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped spring onion.
