- Peel the onion, chop finely.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and fry the onions in it until transparent. Fry finely chopped garlic with onions.
- Wash the rice until the water is transparent, add to the onion and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 150 ml of broth, simmer until the water evaporates.
- Add the rest of the broth and stir.
- Load into a frying pan with rice seafood, chili, pour in the wine, salt, pepper, mix, cover and cook until the liquid evaporates.
