Ingredients
- 2 potatoes, approx. 400 g
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 50 g parmesan, rated
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped
- 2 kebab skewers

- Drive the wooden skewers into the potatoes. Proceed carefully - you could injure yourself! Then cut the potatoes into spirals with a knife and pull them apart a little.
- Brush the potato spirals with melted butter. Mix the parmesan, pepper, salt and garlic powder and sprinkle over the potatoes.
- Place the potato spirals on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Turn occasionally. The baking time can be longer depending on the size of the spirals.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve pure or with mayonnaise, ketchup or similar. serve.
