Sugar – 250 Grams
Vegetable oil – 250 grams
Black tea infusion – 250 grams (strong)
Eggs – 4 Pieces
Flour – 500 Grams (approximately)
Soda – 1 Teaspoon
Walnut – 250 Gram
Directions
First of all, add sugar to the tea leaves and stir well until the sugar dissolves. You need to get a rich syrup.
Now add eggs, vegetable oil and soda or baking powder to the mass. Mix everything to a single consistency.
Now it’s time for the flour. Pour in parts and knead the dough. It should turn out to be thick and viscous, but you do not need to clog it with flour. Pour lightly chopped walnuts into the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the dish with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into a mold and bake the pie for 40-45 minutes. Serve chilled.
