Ingredients

  • 125 g pineapple, fresh
  • 200 ml tea, black, cold
  • 15 g suar, brown
  • 4 cl rum, gold
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • some mint leaves
  • 300 ml ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Peel the fresh pineapple, cut into small cubes and weigh 125 g.
  2. Let the pineapple cubes with the tea, sugar, rum, lemon juice and mint leaves stand in the refrigerator for a few hours. Remove the mint flakes, pour the tea mixture into 2 glasses and fill up with well-chilled ginger ale. Add ice cubes if you like and serve with a straw and chopsticks for the pineapple.
  3. Dose the sugar according to taste and the sweetness of the pineapple. The ginger ale adds a bit of sweetness. A little more rum won`t do any harm.
