Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon tea (roibos)
  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 500 ml grape juice, red
  • 4 slices lemon (s), fresh

Instructions

  1. First boil the roibos fruit tea, add 2 tablespoon tea to one liter of water, let it steep for about 5 minutes and then let it cool down.
  2. Strain into a large 2 liter jug and add the apple juice and red grape juice, finally add the fresh lemon wedges and stir well.
  3. An ideal thirst quencher for young and old, children also like it. You don`t need sugar and the main ingredient is tea. Something healthy and tasty at the same time.
