Teriyaki Beef

by Editorial Staff

Let’s cook teriyaki beef. The name, I think, already has an oriental flavor. It will take you no more than half an hour to cook meat in a great oriental sauce, and the dish will come out – just super!

Cook: 15 mins

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients

  • Beef – 500 Grams
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 Piece
  • Frozen vegetables – 200 Grams (any: cauliflower, peas, pods, etc.)
  • Dry black Chinese mushrooms – 2 Pieces (or carrots, nuts, bamboo, etc.)
  • Starch – 2 Art. spoons
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Teriyaki sauce – 150 Milliliters (or soy sauce + 2-3 teaspoons of sugar)

Directions

  1. We wash the meat under running water, dry it and cut it into thin and long strips.
  2. You should get these pieces of meat.
  3. Next, we prepare the marinade. To do this, put the starch in a comfortable deep dish and fill it with teriyaki sauce and add finely chopped garlic. Mix everything well.
  4. We put the meat in the marinade. Mix it well and leave to marinate for about an hour.
  5. Finely chop the dried black Chinese mushrooms, chop the bell pepper into thin strips.
  6. Lightly fry the frozen vegetables in a skillet.
  7. Then add pepper to the pan.
  8. Next, fry the meat in a frying pan in a separate order. Fry the meat over high heat and always in portions for about 3-5 minutes.
  9. Then put all the meat in a frying pan, pour out all the remaining marinade, add vegetables, mushroom. Fry everything for about a minute, stirring and the dish is ready! 🙂

Bon Appetit.
