Ingredients

For the vegetables:

  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • some sesame oil

For the sauce:

  • 8 g iner
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sugar, brown
  • 5 tablespoon mirin
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger and garlic and cut very finely. Mix both with the sugar, the mirin and the soy sauce until the sugar has dissolved. Then add the sesame seeds.
  2. Wash, core and cut the peppers into thin strips. Wash, peel and cut the carrots into strips. Peel the shallots and cut into rings.
  3. Briefly fry the vegetables in a pan with sesame oil, then add the Teriyaki-Style sauce and let it reduce.
