If you have a holiday, then cook meat in French according to my recipe. All your guests will love it. For example, as a hot dish for the New Year. Plan for New Year’s recipes.
Cook: 1 hour
Servings: 14
Ingredients
Pork – 1 kg
Champignons – 1 kg
Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
Hard cheese – 100 grams
Adyghe cheese – 100 grams
Red tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Mustard (prepared sauce) – to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying
Directions
Wash the mushrooms, cut and put them in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings and add to the fried mushrooms.
Fry the mushrooms and onions until the water has evaporated from the mushrooms and the onions are soft (transparent). Put the prepared mushrooms and onions on a plate.
Grate the cheeses on a coarse grater.
Cut the meat into slices, about 1.5 cm wide.
Beat the meat on both sides through plastic wrap. Use cling film as desired, I use it so that the meat does not stain the walls of the kitchen.
Turn on the oven. Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Place the chops on a baking sheet.
Brush the chops with mustard and season with salt and pepper.
Place the fried mushrooms and onions on the chops.
Wash the tomatoes, cut into half rings and place on top of the mushrooms.
Sprinkle the chops with the Adyghe cheese first.
Then sprinkle with hard cheese. Place the meat in French in a preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes at 200 degrees. After that, the meat in French can be immediately served at the table.
