Ingredients

  • 500 g beef, tender in one piece
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), sliced
  • 1 tomato (s), cut into eighths
  • 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s), sliced
  • 4 tablespoon chilli pepper (s), red, green, sliced, thin (prik khee noo)

For the sauce:

  • 60 ml fish sauce, (nam pla)
  • 60 ml lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon coriander greens, chopped
  • 0.5 ½ spring onion (s), cut into 2.5cm long pieces

Instructions

  1. Grill the beef in the kitchen grill or on a charcoal grill so that it is still pink on the inside.
  2. Then cut into thin slices.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the salad and add the beef.
  4. Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Fold the sauce into the salad just before serving.
